Ingredients: 2 cups all purpose flour; 3/4 cup cocoa powder; 1 package chocolate pudding 3.25 oz; 2 cups white sugar; 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder; 1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda; 1 teaspoon salt; 4 eggs; 1/2 cup canola oil; 2 teaspoons vanilla; 1/2 cup cold water; 1/2 cup brandy or dark rum; 1/2 cup walnut chopped; 1/2 cup cherries chopped glazed; 1 stick butter; 1/4 cup water; 1 cup sugar; 3/4 cup brandy /rum

3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 package chocolate pudding 3.25 oz
2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
1/2 cup canola oil
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup cold water
1/2 cup brandy or dark rum
1/2 cup walnut chopped
1/2 cup cherries chopped glazed
1 stick butter
1/4 cup water
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup brandy /rum

Combine and sift flour,cocoa,sugar,baking powder,baking soda and salt

After sifting,proceed to combine the sifted ingredients and chocolate pudding

Combine walnut and cherries

Grease and flour a bundt cake pan.

Sprinkle chopped cherrywalnut over bottom of pan.

In a mixer,mix all cake ingredients together.

Pour batter into pan over next to cherrywalnut.

Bake at 350 or 160 for 1 hour.Do not over bake!

Boil for 4 to 5 minutes,stirring constantly.

Turn off flame and pour in brandy or rum.

Stir to combine and reheat for 30 seconds.

Remove cake from oven.

Immediately drizzle 1/3 of the glaze on the bottom (top) of the cake.

Allow to sit for five minutes.Invert the cake onto a serving plate.
