Ingredients: 2 pkg. instant blend dry yeast; 1/2 c. very warm water; 1 c. milk; 4 c. flour; 1/3 c. sugar; 1 tsp. salt; 1 c. cold oleo; 4 egg yolks; 1/2 c. coconut; 2 Tbsp. and 1/2 c. sugar

In large bowl, combine flour, sugar and salt; mix well.

By hand, stir in yeast, egg yolks and milk to form soft dough.

Divide dough (next day) into halves.

Roll on floured board to a 9 x 14-inch rectangle.

Spread with filling made by combining butter, sugar and coconut.

Roll in jelly roll fashion, then cut evenly.

Repeat with remainder of dough, but use 1/2 cup sugar, 1/2 cup raisins and 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon.
