Boil potatoes.. Peel and mash half of them not fully just break half n half keep whole..

Heat oil..when it start to smoke.. Add cumin seeds n red chilli whole n afoesida... Bay leaf.. .

Keep eye it should not be burn.

Only 30 second it takes to pop up.

Now add chopped garlic.. Saute it till pinkish.. Add chopped onion.. Saute it till transparent.. Now add ginger chopped.. Fry for one minute.. Stir continuously.

Keep flame medium.

Now add coriander, cumin, turmeric n red chilli pdr.. Add salt too.. Silted green chilli... Stir it.. Till spices release oil.

Now add potatoes all..

Mix well.. Add curd..

Mix till all spices coat potatoes.. Now add one cup water.. Let it boil... Keep open... Don't use lid.

After five minutes u can see gravy is thick.. Now it's done.. Sprinkle coriander leaves n garam masala
