1 cup margarine
1 cup sugar
½ cup brown sugar
1 egg
2 tablespoons molasses
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 ½ cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon allspice
1 ½ cups rolled oats
1 cup coconut

Cream margarine and sugar, and add in egg and spices.

Then add in molasses and vanilla.

Add in dry ingredients and mix together.

Stir in oats and coconut.

Shape into balls and place on a greased cookie sheet about two inches apart.

Bake @ 325 or 350 until brown.
