    Simmer 10 minutes. Pour into

    container and whirl at highest speed until coconut is finely ground.

    Strain through strainer.

    Beat eggs until whites

    are no longer stringy (eggs should not be foamy). Add sugar

    Stir until sugar is dissolved. Blend evaporated

    cardamon, mace, cloves and flavoring. Pour into

    Bake at 325u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until knife inserted in the center comes
