Dad'S Kidney Bean Gumbo

   While boiling link sausage, put rice into a large skillet with melted butter and brown. Add 2 cups water, tomatoes, barbecue sauce and jalapenos.

   Stir. Cover, bring to a boil, then simmer. When sausage is finished boiling, cut up and add to ingredients in skillet. Stir and continue to simmer (while stirring), approximately 60 minutes.

   (If need more water, add a little water from the boiled sausage in saucepan.)

   Serve when done!
