Dad's Hard Boiled Eggs

   Place eggs in a single layer in a large pot.

   Fill pot with cold water a few inches over eggs.

3. 3

   Put on high until water boils, reduce to med-low and cover.

   When water boils, start timer for 8-10 minutes.

   Pour most of the water off and fill with cold.

6. 6

   Let sit for ~10 minutes to allow to cool.
