Dad's Day Burgers

   Heat gas or charcoal grill.

   In a big bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, seasoned salt, onion powder, and pepper until well blended.

   Shape mixture into 8 patties, about 3/4-inch thick.

   Place patties on prepared grill; cover grill, cook over medium heat 13-15 minutes, turning once, until meat thermometer inserted in the center of patties reads 160A.

   Layer buns with lettuce, tomato slices, and burger patties.

   If desired, serve with ketchup, mustard, pickles, and onions.
