1 c. vegetable oil
1 c. water
3/4 c. white sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Reduce heat and simmer slowly at least 1 hour, or possibly longer as desired.

When sauce is ready, add in chicken pcs, simmer 20 min to precook before cooking on grill.
