spread apple mixture over 2/3 of dough and sprinkle sugar on top. sprinkle with cinnamon and a small amount of coca to taste and drizzle a bit of honey on top.

roll tightly, like paper towels, toward the empty 1/3 and carefully seal the edges and sides.

place the strudel, seam sideways, on a greased cookie sheet and brush with egg [extra egg can be used for french toast].

bake [over a drip pan because strudl will leak!] at 325 for 55 minutes or until barely light brown.
