Cute Heart-Shaped Fried Egg

   Cut the fish sausage into 4 pieces lengthwise.

   This lets you create 2 heart-shaped fried eggs.

   Make a heart shape with the sausages.

   Use a toothpick at the top and bottom to hold it in place.

   Place the upper one in a way that you can easily remove it later.

   Heat oil in a pan, and carefully crack open 2 eggs in the center of the sausage heart shapes.

   Season with salt and pepper as desired, then close with a lid and cook to your desired firmness.

   Transfer to a plate and remove the toothpicks and they're complete.
