2 Chicken breast
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1/2 can Milk
1 tbsp Curry
1 Salt/pepper
2 cup Grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Grated cheddar cheese
1 Minced garlic
1 cup Rice
2 small heads of broccoli

Dice chicken breast and cook with salt, pepper, and garlic

Cook rice IAW directions

Cut broccoli and put in bottom of 9 x 11 glass pan

Pour in chicken when cooked.

Layer 1 cup mozzarella cheese on top

Mix milk, soup, rice and curry and layer on top.

Then layer the remaining cheese

Cook for about 30 minutes at 350F
