1 (6 ounce.) pkg. chicken flavored rice mix
4 c. cooked diced chicken
1/2 green bell pepper
8 pimento stuffed green olives, sliced
2 green onions, minced
2 (6 ounce.) jars marinated artichoke hearts (undrained)
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
Salt and pepper
Lettuce leaves

Transfer to large bowl; fluff with fork and let cold.
