Curried Chicken Tenderloin Mayonnaise Sandwich

   Sprinkle a little sake on the chicken, wrap in plastic wrap and microwave.

   Shred it finely by hand.

   Slice the cucumber diagonally, and julienne.

   Sprinkle salt, and lightly wash after the moisture has come out.

   Drain thoroughly.

   Put the chicken and cucumber in a bowl, add the salt and pepper, curry powder and mayonnaise, and mix well.

   Spread butter (or margarine) on the bread and add the mixture from Step 3 to make a sandwich.
