Cucumbers In A Zippy Sour Cream Dressing

   Make the cucumber's dressing by adding the sour cream, salt, sugar, cayenne pepper, lemon juice, and the vinegar to a small bowl and mix well, set aside. It is best to salt and drain the cucumber slices before making this recipe, but it is not necessary. Salting them and rinsing them does however make a better texture and flavor as the cucumbers will absorb the rich dressing better. Once the cucumbers are ready, pour the dressing over them. Blend-in and chill.
