Cucumber - Whiting - Shrimp Soup

   Poach the whiting or haddock in hot simmering water. Remove the skin and bones. Cut the fish in small pieces (1/2 inch). Skin the cucumber, cut it lenghtwise in fourth, remove the seeds and cut the cucumber in small pieces (1/2 inch).

   Bring the stock to just simmer. Add the cucumber and cook 5 minutes. Add the fish, let everything warm up. Take the pan from the heat, add the shrimps and cream. Stir and serve.
