cucumber noodles

   cucumber cut into thin strips, like noodles, add salt and cucumber in a colander, and toss well to mix.let set for 30 minute.

   in a cup mix red wine vinegar, honey, oil, and pepper ,mix till honey is diluted.

   now in a large bowl, add green and red onion and cucumber , pour vinegar mixture on cucumbers and toss well

   when ready to serve add the crumble feta cheese, ready to serve.
