Cucumber Canapes

   Cook the French bread according to directions on the package.

   Let cool and then slice thinly.

   Slice the cucumber thinly as well and then put a 1/2 to 1-inch slit into the cucumber so you can twist it and add it to the top of the mixture later.

   Mix together softened cream cheese, dry Italian seasoning, and mayo.

   Once mixed, you can either put the mixture into a decorator tube, or in a plastic bag and cut off a tip at the bottom of the bag.

   Arrange pieces of French bread on a tray and then squeeze mixture on top of bread.

   Then twist a cucumber slice and put it on top.
