Cubed Steaks With Caper Sauce Recipe

   About 20 min before serving, in 12-inch skillet over medium heat, in 2 Tbsp.

   warm butter, cook 2 beef cubed steaks at a time till browned on both sides and tender; about 5 min.

   Remove steaks to platter; keep hot.

   In drippings remaining in skillet over medium heat, heat 2 Tbsp.

   of butter, add in onion; cook till tender, stirring occasionally.

   Stir in water, capers and mustard.

   Cook till mix boils and thickens slightly, stirring constantly.

   Pour caper sauce over steaks.
