Crustless Quiche

   Grease 9 x 13 pan well. Sprinkle cheese on bottom of pan, then the onion bits. In bowl, beat eggs, milk and seasoning. Pour over the cheese and onion bits. Bake at 300u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. Be sure the center is done.
