Crunchy Toasted Pasta Leftovers

   If you have no ready-made pasta in sauce, cook pasta as per normal, al dente, and add meat sauce.

   In a frying pan or skillet, heat 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil, add the pasta and toast until it forms a crunchy crust.

   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and return to the heat for a few more minutes.
