Crunchy Spinach Salad

   Put washed spinach in bowl. Add the bean sprouts (I have done this without the bean sprouts many times and it still delicious) the raisins and sunflower seeds. Mix and set aside.

   In a small bowl, mix in the oil, soy sauce and garlic. I suggest you taste it and add more oil or more soy sauce to your liking!

   Pour in salad bit at a time until you get the amount you like. Squeeze with the juice of half a lemon. Adjust as you wish if needed.
