Crummyrummy'S Crockpot Carnitas

   Slice pork cutlet into i inch slices and place in slow cooker. Coat meat with powdered spices. Place Bay leaves and cinnamon stick in meat. Cover meat with broth, adding water if needed to completely submerge meat. Cook meat on high setting for 2 hours, then turn the setting to low for an additional 3 hours. Remove pork from broth with slotted spoon and shred. Dust with cumin and seasoned salt to taste. Remove and discard cinnamin stick and bay leaves. Preheat oven to 400u00b0F. In a large frying pan, reduce juices/broth until it is almost paste, then add 1-2 tbsp butter or margarine. Add pork and coat with reduced juices/broth. Place pork on baking sheet and bake on center rack for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and and turn/stir pork. Return to oven for an additional ten minutes. Remove from heat and serve warm.
