Cook bacon untill just cooked remove from skillet and chop roughly reserve bacon grease

Sautee onions pepper and garlic in bacon grease until tender them put in crock pot

Brown the ground beef in the used skillet....drain meat and add to the crock pot

Add remaining ingredients except only use half the cayenne pepper, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and hot sauce

Heat on low 8 hrs or high 4 hrs stirring often

Taste occasionally adding the remaining spices to your taste

Serve over rice if desired with toppings such as cheddar cheese, sour cream, chopped scallions

Makes alot so share with family and friends or freeze in a gallon size ziplock.

When ready for use remove from freezer rehat in pot on stove make up some grilled cheese sandwiches and you have a quick hassle free week night meal;)
