2 teaspoons parsley leaves
2 cups ham diced
1 pound beans, dried assorted

Soak beans overnight, drain, rinse and drain again OR cover beans with 6 to 8 cups water and covering with vented saran wrap - cook in microwave 10 minutes - let sit on counter 1 hour).
