2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1-1/2 cup All-purpose Flour
1 cup Powdered Sugar
1 Tablespoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Salt
3/4 cups Milk
1/3 cups Brown Sugar
2 Tablespoons Cold Butter
