1 pound ground beef, browned
1/4 c. uncooked rice
1 egg, beaten
1 onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. brown sugar
8 ounce. can tomato sauce

Mix ground beef, rice, egg, onion, carrot, salt and pepper.

Drop cabbage in boiling water for 5 - 10 min.
