Ingredients: 1 1/2 lb stew beef; 3 stalks of celery chopped; 1/2 cup peppers cut; 1 packet of beef stew seasoning mix; 12 oz petite carrots; 4 red potatoes cubed (skin on); 1/2 white onion chopped; 1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in one cup of water; 2 cup water; 1 can of corn; 12 oz jar beef gravy

Servings: persons

1 1/2 lb stew beef
3 stalks of celery chopped
1/2 cup peppers cut
1 packet of beef stew seasoning mix
12 oz petite carrots
4 red potatoes cubed (skin on)
1/2 white onion chopped
1 beef bouillon cube dissolved in one cup of water
2 cup water
1 can of corn
12 oz jar beef gravy

Add celery, potatoes, carrots, peppers, and onion to crock pot

Brown meat.

Season to taste.

(We used 2 tablespoons of Dale's seasoning and a tablespoon of garlic powder and black pepper) just enough to brown outside and the middle still be red.

Drain.

Set aside.

Mix packet of seasoning mix with 2 cups of water.

Pour over vegetables

Add meat to crock pot and pour beef broth over

Cook on low for 5 and 1/2 hours stirring occasionally, then add the canned corn

Around the 8th hour of being in the crock pot add the gravy.

We let it cook for another hour, but that isn't necessary.
