   Combine the veal, pork, onion, paprika and garlic.

   Season with salt and pepper.

   Knead the dough well till all the ingredients are mixed.

   Roll the meat mix into a loaf and slice the loaf into patties.

   Place the patties on an outdoor grill over warm coals.

   Grill till the outside is a dark brown and the inside is well done.

   Serve with minced onions.
