Crisys Steak

   Roll steak in flour.

   Salt and pepper to taste.

   Put in frying pan with 1/4 to 1/2 cup of oil (any kind).

   Fry until brown on both sides.

   Remove from frying pan into large baking pan.

   Lay in layers.

   Pour 1 1/2 quarts of water into frying pan.

   Cook until it boils.

   Pour into large baking pan with meat.

    Cover with foil and bake 1 1/2 hours at 450u00b0.

    Sprinkle garlic powder on top before you cover (2 teaspoons).
