1/4 Grated onion
1 tsp Garlic (grated)
1 tsp Ginger (grated)
1 tbsp Sake
1 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vegetable or sesame oil
1 Egg
6 tbsp Katakuriko
3 tbsp Plain flour
