Crispy Garlic And Garlic Oil

   Slice the garlic cloves very thin.

   Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat.

   Add the garlic and cook, stirring, about 3 minutes, until the garlic is golden brown.

   Drain well, reserving the oil.

   Spread the garlic slices on paper towels to dry.
