Crispy Brussel Sprouts In Brown Butter

   Cut stems off of brussel sprouts and peel off first layer of leaves. Cut sprouts in lengthwise quarters.

   Melt butter in pan on medium heat untill slightly browned. Add brussel sprouts. Turn heat up to med-high. Let sprouts sit (do not stir) in pan for 5 minutes or untill they are browned on one side. Stir and continue to saute, stirring, for a few more minutes. Lower heat to low. Add salt to taste. Cook for 10 minutes, stir occasionaly, untill sprouts have soaked up most of the butter and have crispy edges.
