1/2 cup butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp salt
3 tbsp cocoa powder
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Mint Layer:
2 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup butter
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup creme de menthe
Fudge Layer:
1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
4 tbsp butter

Preheat oven to 350.

Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, then vanilla. Add in flour, cocoa, and salt. Fold in chocolate chips. Spread in prepared pan.

Bake 18-20 minutes. Let cool completely before adding mint layer.

Beat butter and powdered sugar. Add in creme de menthe and mix until smooth. Add in vanilla. Spread on brownies, then refrigerate 1-2 hours.
