1/2 cup maraschino cherry juice
1 cup buttermilk
2 cups flour

2 cups coconut flakes
Icing
4 ounces margarine
4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
8 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 cups pecans, broken and toasted
