Creative Stir Fry

   In a large deep skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

   Add garlic and lightly brown.

   Add onion and saute until almost clear.

   In a strainer, run warm water over frozen shrimp until tails can be removed easily.

   Add shrimp to the skillet.

   Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently.

   Add sausage, saute until sausage begins to brown, about 10 minutes.

   Add maple syrup, stir to coat the entire mix.

   Add asparagus stir fry vegetable mix, stir and coat, cover and let cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently.

    Serve with rice or pasta.
