4 stems celery, finely chopped

1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. sage

Bring turkey broth to a boil in a large pot.

Add potatoes, carrots and celery and cook for about 20 minutes or until potatoes are almost tender.
