Saute/fry mushrooms in butter in medium saucepan till mushrooms are tender.

Blend in flour; cook 1 minute.

Gradually add in lowfat milk and wine; cook, stirring constantly, till thickened.

Add in cream cheese; stir till well blended.

Add in turkey and parsley; cook till thoroughly heated.

Note: To make puff pastry garnish, thaw one sheet frzn puff pastry according to package directions; cut into decorative shapes as desired.
