2 medium Red onions, chopped
3 clove Garlic, minced
1 can (28 ounce) crushed tomatoes
4 cup Chicken stock
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1 cup Heavy cream
1 bunch Basil
1 Parmesan cheese, for garnish
