1 pound cheese tortellini
1/2 c. minced onion
3 garlic cloves, mined
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 c. seeded, cubed tomato
9 ounce. pkg. frzn minced spinach
1/4 c. minced fresh basil

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 c. whipping cream

Cook tortellini as directed on package.

Drain; rinse with warm water.

Meanwhile, in large skillet over medium heat cook onion and garlic in oil till lightly browned, about 5 min.

Stir in cream and cheese; cook till mix just comes to a boil.
