2 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic, Diced
1/2 cups Yellow Onion, Chopped
1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
1 pound Ground Seasoned Pork Sausage
1/2 teaspoons Salt
2 teaspoons Cornstarch
1 can (10 Oz. Size) Diced Tomatoes And Green Chiles
2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
1/4 cups Parmesan Cheese

Cook pasta according to package directions.

Drain and set aside.

Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat.

Add in garlic, onion, red pepper flakes and mix for 1 minute.

Add in ground sausage and cook for approximately 6 minutes or until meat is no longer pink.

In a small dish blend salt and cornstarch, add to skillet and mix with meat.

In a medium bowl mix Rotel and heavy whipping cream, pour into skillet and simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat, stir in cooked pasta, and let stand for 10 minutes to thicken, stirring occasionally.
