Creamy Rice With Leek

   Clean and slice the leek.

   Saute the leek with olive oil until it has wilted. Add the Madras curry and creme fraiche and reduce it.

   Meanwhile, cook the rice. Once the rice has cooked, combine it with the curry mixture.
