1- 1/2 cup Heavy Cream
3 whole Egg Yolks
1 cup Freshly Grated Parmesan Cheese

In a large cast iron skillet set over medium-low heat, fry bacon until crispy.

Return to pan and cook, whisking, until slightly thickened.
