1 cup Mayonnaise
1/4 cups Evaporated Canned Milk
1/4 cups Vinegar--cider Or White
1/4 cups Sugar
3 drops Tabasco Sauce (or To Taste)
1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoons Onion Salt
1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
Salt, To Taste (optional)
5 whole Medium Sized Cucumbers

In a liquid measuring glass, blend together mayonnaise, evaporated milk, vinegar, sugar, Tabasco, garlic salt, onion salt, and pepper. Taste and add additional salt and/or Tabasco if desired. Set sauce aside.

Peel and thinly slice cucumbers and place in a large bowl. Pour sauce ingredients over cucumbers and mix well, ensuring all cucumbers are covered in sauce.

Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours prior to serving.

Note: the sauce will become runny as a result of the cucumber's weeping water. This is how the sauce is supposed to be. Just serve with a slotted spoon and you're set.
