Can) Diced Tomatoes (drained); 1 Tablespoon Creole Seasoning; 1 Tablespoon Chopped Fresh Parsley; 1/4 teaspoons Pepper; ⅛ teaspoons Salt; 1 dash Tabasco Hot Sauce, To Taste; 1/2 cups Shredded Parmesan Cheese
