Creamy Chicken Salad

   To make the dressing, place yoghurt, mayonnaise and mustard in a small bowl and stir with a fork until smooth.

   Break the chicken meat into large pieces with your fingers and combine with dressing.

   Combine lettuce mix, onion, basil and cashew nuts in a serving dish.

   Add the chicken mixture, toss lightly and serve immediately.
