1/2 cup KRAFT* Miracle Whip
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Italian parsley leaves, roughly chopped
1 cup grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese

Boil rice in a large saucepan to pack instructions.

Drain.

Heat oil in a frying pan over a medium heat.

Add onion and garlic and cook for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

Add curry powder a cook a further minute.

Add capsicum and zucchini and cook 4-5 minutes until just tender.

Combine rice, vegetables, chicken, mayonnaise, milk and parsley in a large bowl.

Spoon into 6 greased ovenproof ramekins.

Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180C for 15 - 20 minutes or until golden.
