Creamy Cheesy Spinich

   Thaw spinich, drain well and wring out spinich dry in hand towel. Take 3 Tbsp butter and 3 Tbsp onions and cook in frying pan until onions are translucent. Add two more Tbsp butter and melt. Add 2 Tbsp flour and cook stirring frequently for 3 minutes. Add milk (or half and half) slowly. Break up cheese and add to pan. Stir well and add spinich along with salt and pepper to taste.

   Pour mixture in small baking dish.

   Take remaining butter and melt in separate pan. Add bread crumbs until moist (not browned). Place on top of spinich mixture and bake 20-25 minutes in 350 degree oven.
