3/4 pounds Short Cut Whole Wheat Pasta
2 Tablespoons Butter
2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
1 cup Whole Milk, Warmed
1/2 cups Prepared Pesto
Salt And Pepper, to taste
3 Tablespoons Butter
2 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese
1 cup Reserved Hot Pasta Water
1 whole Tomato, Diced (optional)
Parmesan Cheese (Optional)

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil.

Pour in pasta and cook until al dente (according to package instructions).
