Just bring the milk and butter to a slight boil (don't cook it on too high of a heat because it will scald) in a medium size pot. Once hot then add the flour and stir to thicken. It won't take long after you add this to thicken, just keep stirring. Peel and slice up the hard boiled eggs and add them to the milk. Add salt and pepper to taste. Just cook a little more (maybe 1-2 minutes) just so the eggs get hot. Of course depending on how many people you are feeding and such, just increase the ingredients. This recipe feeds at least 3 servings (average 2 eggs per person) or depending on how hungry everybody is.

Next toast some bread and put the mixture on top of a slice of bread. This is a good way to use up all those hard boiled eggs from Easter.
